They push themselves to do rigorous and intense exercise which puts their body in distress and pain. Plus, they spend too much time in the gym while having to juggle work, home, and family all at once. That is why most people quit because they get exhausted and get stressed.
Hence, it is important that when you plan your fitness goals, you make fun of the important factor there. You want to make sure that you are having fun at what you do because if you are having fun then you are more likely to stick to it simply because it makes you happy, makes you feel relaxed, you feel fulfilled rather than stressed, exhausted, and in pain.
So, think of physical activities that you enjoy and then do that activity regularly. It could be running, walking, hiking, biking, swimming, dancing, etc. And to make it even more fun, you can do different activities every week just to have variety and keep the fun going.
So, start creating a list of fun activity that is physical and something you find enjoyable and start doing those.
Although, results may take some time it’s going to help you create a sustainable habit change and sustainable habit change provides sustainable results.
Tip #2: Keep it simple
Another reason why people fail in reaching their fitness goals is that they do physical activities that are difficult for them. They are rigorous, physically demanding, require longer time, and mentally draining. When something unpleasant experience happens to you, would you love to go through it all again and again?
I bet you won’t, right?

So, instead of doing activities that would be difficult for you, list the physical activities you know, that would be easy, simple, and fun for you.
At the end of the say, it’s the consistency that makes all the difference. No matter how rigorous or simple, long or short the time you spend on your exercise if you don’t stay consistent in doing them, you won’t get the results you want. So, whether it’s as simple as walking as long as you do it consistently, you will see results over time.
