One that you feel comfortable and relaxed doing. If you are a meditation beginner, we have 4 useful tips you can do:
Commit to practicing every day
Just like any habit, it would take a little time before you get used to doing meditation. The key is you have to practice every single day. It doesn’t matter if it’s just five minutes or ten, as long as you keep on showing up. But as a beginner, start with a time that you are more likely to stick with. It would be helpful to practice at the same time every day and make it your habit.
Use your mantra
Meditation requires focus and concentration, but as a beginner that can be a little difficult. So, if you find yourself losing your focus and get a little distracted, make sure to recite your mantra and repeat it until getting back to your focus.
Explore meditation
There are so many types of meditation that you can try. As a beginner, you want to take your time to explore different meditations until you find the perfect type of meditation for you. Plus, be creative. Again, there is no wrong or right way in doing meditation.
Be patient
Learning meditation is not instant. You have to give yourself time to learn. Everyone has a different learning pace. You have to be patient and stay consistent and committed to your practice.
Meditation has so many benefits not only physical but also emotional. It may take a little while before you master meditation but it’s all going to be worth it.
