Make sure that you get enough rest and sleep. Sleep deprivation is another cause of stress. One tip is to put off all blue light at least half an hour before your bedtime. This will help your brain wind down and get ready for sleep and will give you a better quality of sleep.
Remember, when setting goals, whatever it may be, always focus on the process than the result. Patience and consistent practice are the keys. We don’t expect you to adapt these habits right away. With little steps and constant mindfulness of your thoughts and actions, you will surely be able to fight off stress and live a healthier and better life this 2020.
