Make Space
You must have your very own space where you can set up your computer, have a comfortable chair and table to work at. Prepp Up
Make sure that you prepare yourself as if you are going off to work. Wake up early, take a bath, eat breakfast and get dressed. Getting dressed while working from home helps you set the mind right that you are actually going to work – a more proactive frame of mind.
Plan Ahead
Distractions are always present. So, make sure that you plan your day. Pin it to your board, create an online schedule or write it on sticky notes. Take the time to schedule your tasks including your breaks and stick to it as much as possible.
Relax
If you are feeling overwhelmed, tired or stressed over work, take time to relax and breathe. Go out for a while, drink water or listen to your favorite music. Just anything to help you relieve stress instantly.
Stay Healthy
Make sure you eat your meals on time – healthy meals. Always keep a bottle of water with you to keep you hydrated and to keep you going throughout the day, always have a healthy snack with you.
