We still can’t believe 2020 is over and now we’re already kicking off 2021. You’ve probably set your new year’s resolutions already, aren’t you?
Well, you could have different resolutions this year but we think that investing and putting more effort towards improving your health is one of the best things you can do for yourself this new year.
And if you haven’t known it yet, taking in fresh juice is one of the most effective and delicious ways to fuel your body with the vitamins, nutrients, and minerals it needs to stay healthy and strong.

Choose organic
When fresh juicing, it is always best to choose organic produce as they contain no pesticides or any chemicals that could negate the value of the nutrient, minerals, and vitamins from the juice. If you can find organic produce around your area, you’re very lucky. If you think organic produce is not much available in your area, it’s never too late to grow your own food too.
Keep it fresh
We recommend that you consume your juice right away while it’s freshly juiced. To enjoy the most of your fresh juice with its flavor, colors, and benefits, drink it right away. Plus, the longer you let your fresh juice sit, the more enzymes are destroyed.
Juice prep to save time
If you are a busy mom or working all the time and you can’t get enough time to juice daily, then juice prepping is perfect for you. During your off or on weekends, juice enough for the week and place them in sealed containers or baggies, then freeze. And although we mentioned that the longer the juice site the enzymes are destroyed, freezing the juice would only destroy around 5% of the enzymes – still great!
Remember, just let it thaw and never microwave it.
Enjoy your fresh juice alone
You’ve probably heard of some people going through what they call ‘Juicing Diet’ where they only consume fresh juice for a specific number of days to detoxify and generally lose weight. That is because fresh juice alone is packed with the best nutrition that your body needs.
Additionally, it’s also recommended that juice is best when not consumed with hard food or right after eating because it can be too much for your body to process.
As much as possible drink fresh juice on its own and if you have to drink it before or after eating, make sure that you have given yourself enough time to process the food you eat before drinking fresh juice.
Tip: Fresh juice is best in the morning when you haven’t eaten anything yet.
