They have confidence in themselves that they can conquer anything as long as they keep on working towards their goals.

Go-getters are very familiar with what failure is because they have encountered it so many times. But what makes them incredible is they accept that failure is always part of the journey toward success.

Effective leaders are those that really listen, and truly successful people know that much knowledge and understanding can be achieved just by listening.

Go-getters listen not only to the person they are talking to but to what is happening around them. They listen to learn, gain an understanding, motivate themselves, and be one step ahead of their game.
