Thanking what you have right now brings you into the moment. It enables you to get past the disappointment of craving a new car or a better relationship or job promotion and relish what you have right now.

Say what you are grateful for
Before going to bed or the moment you wake up in the morning, make sure that you say what you are grateful for. Say if you pray, then you saying what you’re grateful for can be part of it.

Thank someone
If you received a favor from someone, don’t hesitate to say thank you or even send a thank you note. They could be your friends, your loved ones, or even a stranger.

Take time to breathe
If there’s one person to whom you owe a great thanks, that is yourself. So, make sure you give yourself time to breathe, relax and enjoy your own company. Realize that every day you show up is a time to celebrate and be grateful for your life.

When you live in a state of gratitude and appreciation for each grace in your life, you are communicating a clear signal to the Universe that you have all of the things that you desire. This, in turn, will draw more of your aspirations into your life, because the world reflects you.
