Becoming a leader is not like obtaining a degree that after several years you’ll obtain your title as a “Good Leader”. It’s more like of a lifelong process; a work in progress that someone should consistently aim for.

Everyone had the potential to be a good leader but only those who consistently put in effort and understanding succeed. It takes a good foundation of moral, strong belief and mindset and most of all dedication. Here are a few of them:

A great leader knows that creating a relationship with people is very important to inspire, support, teach and encourage others.

A great leader is confident in their decisions and behaviour. They accept if they are wrong and they take responsibility for their actions.

Resourceful

A great leader is solution-seeker. They make the most of the resources to solve problems and help others.

Passionate

Leadership does not only runs in the mind but most of in the heart. One should be dedicated and passionate of leading others to be a great leader.
