Coinbase is one of the earliest crypto exchanges which started out only as a Bitcoin brokerage service that is selling Bitcoins directly to customers but added some services along the way.

Coinbase Brokerage is the main service offered by Coinbase. This service is basically for buying and selling cryptocurrencies.

2. Coinbase Pro
Previously known as the GDAX, Coinbase Pro is a cryptocurrency trading stage. Unlike the traditional Coinbase brokerage service, which works on simplifying the process of buying cryptocurrencies at a premium, Coinbase pro is intended for its more seasoned users.

Last 2018, Coinbase started their independent mobile wallet for both iOS and Android. The wallet keeps the private keys on the user’s device and only Coinbase have access to the funds. This makes Coinbase working in full circle as it began as a wallet, progressed as an exchange only and now they are offering the wallet services again.
4. Merchant Solutions
Coinbase provides online merchants with the capability to receive cryptocurrencies on their website using a specific plugin. The plugin is backed by some of the largest CMS including Shopify, WooCommerce, and Magento.
